Meet Dr. Martin Geoffreys, DC, CCSP

Car Accident Turns Pre-Med Student Into Chiropractic Specialist!

While completing his pre-med education at San Francisco State University Dr. Geoffreys was involved in a motor vehicle accident. The resulting injury prompted Dr. Geoffreys to investigate all treatment options available to remove pain and return function to his injured neck and back. On his journey toward wellness, Dr. Geoffreys achieved a full return to function through Chiropractic Care.

The realization that Chiropractic treatment had achieved results where standard medical care failed motivated him to become educated in all of the techniques that were available to address the underlying cause of pain not just medicating but treatment geared toward the root cause of pain.

When you meet Dr. Geoffreys, the first thing you will notice is how caring, friendly and thoughtful he is. And next, you cannot help but notice that this doctor is passionate about all of the huge benefits that his patients have experienced. He loves his job!

Chiropractic Education

Now determined to heal patients through Chiropractic care, Dr. Geoffreys received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1993. He continued his post-graduate education by obtaining a certification as a certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. He earned his undergraduate degree and pre-medical education from San Francisco State University.

His internship was performed in Oakland, California at Life West College Clinic. Since his 20 years plus in providing outstanding patient care and treating athletes of all levels he has continued his Post-Graduate education in advanced, cutting-edge sports-related therapies which not only benefit athletes but the general public as well.

More About What We Do

Dr. Geoffreys specializes in sports injury and corrective care utilizing manual adjustments, soft tissue treatments, and rehabilitation. He believes that the combination of these techniques allows for fewer patient visits with longer-lasting results.

His knowledge of the body does not end with spinal care, but extends to the treatment of all joints, ranging from the ankle and knees to the shoulder and ribs. This blend of skills gives him a unique ability to diagnose the underlying cause of many conditions that may have eluded other physicians.
